Hi. You all know that we women are a lot more active in the business world today, but many of us still are thinking about caring for our families, too. And it's not easy. There's never enough time. But one must have priorities. I try to make sure my family has their dental and physical check-ups and that they eat the right foods. I know they're going to eat between meals, so I make sure my shopping list includes some snacks that don't cost too much and are really good for them. Natural snacks like bananas and raisins. For myself, I try to exercise every day. I love riding my bike on nice days or I might do a few sit-ups. There are times when I just don't have time for lunch, but it's important that I have something. A banana and milk is a quick lunch that I like and a satisfying one, too. It pays to take care of myself, especially with this double life. Eat properly and get a check-up now. After all, our health shouldn't stand in the way of our new and exciting lives.
