They're not used to it. They'd rather have the operator do it for them. They're afraid of making a mistake or something. They call in here all panicked. You know, they got a wrong number and, you know, can we do anything about it? We can give them credit. They do reach a wrong number when dialing themselves. Whenever they call in, we always advise them that they can direct dial, that it is a lower rate when they direct dial. I say, well, you know, it's about as half as expensive if you dial it direct. They say, oh, okay, I'll dial it direct.
