My name is Marcia Van Dyke. If I seem a little nervous, it's because I never thought I'd be on television. Marcia never expected to be in an ivory commercial. She is because her boyfriend wrote us and told us about her healthy-looking complexion. When I saw they were looking for ivory girls, I thought of Marcia. Marcia's as healthy-looking as any of those ivory girls on TV. If my skin is healthy-looking, it's probably because I eat right and I exercise, and I do wash my face a lot, and I do use ivory. I guess I just like knowing about ivory purity, because when I see those ivory commercials, I think, that girl believes what I believe, that heavy perfumes and deodorants in a soap really don't help skin stay healthy-looking. But gentle cleaning does help, and that's the kind of cleaning that ivory gives. Helping skin stay healthy-looking is what ivory's all about. Shouldn't you get down to basics with ivory? I don't know what else to say, except healthy-looking skin is important to me, and to me, ivory really helps. If you know a healthy-looking ivory girl, write us.
