I wanted to become a mechanic, but nobody would teach me. I needed somebody to get me started. Jobs sent over 14 men. They even helped out with some of the expenses involved in training them. We started them working together with skilled mechanics, and they learned from the bottom up. You know, I really feel like I know what I'm doing now, and I'm proud that I went this far. We've got about 12 men now that I classify as skilled mechanics. There's no question in my mind that the program's a success. I really like working for this company, and I know there's a good chance for advancement. How's it coming, Frankie?
